Letter of the President
On behalf of the Algerian pathologists, I am very pleased to invite you to take part to the 20th International Academy of Pathology (IAP) Arab Division which will be held in Algiers, on November 24th- 26th 2008.
This manifestation is organized under the auspice of the International Academy of Pathology Arab Division, with the cooperation of British and French Divisions.
This meeting will allow a great number of speakers and skilled specialists to meet and to take part to the debates.
The Congress will consist of symposia and slide seminars, free communications and poster sessions.
The Congress official language will be English; it is a good opportunity for Algerian pathologists to improve their English language by involving themselves in this venue and it will allow them to widen cooperation not only with our Arab countries brothers but also with European and English-speaking countries.
Algeria is a North Africa country with a mild Mediterranean climate with the sun shining most of the year, known for the warm hospitality of its citizens.
The Congress will take place in Algiers; it will be celebrated with enthusiasm by the Organizing Committee members who will propose a rich social program. It will be based on the country history and its geographical situation that, during past centuries, knew multiple civilizations: Roman, Arabic, and Ottoman, that of course has greatly contributed to our social and cultural diversity.
All the Organizing Committee staffs are at your disposal. On their behalf, I would like to say that we will do our utmost to ensure you an enjoyable and interesting Congress.
